Sep 1982 advert for the KKK Hughes 300 from UK supplier Dave Nieman.

Helipad -  Helicopter column in Radio Modeller by John Heaton; UK endurance attempt and of note is contra-rotating machines in development, especially one equipped with tail deflectors for rotation control.  This had already been proved to be OK in the hover but poor for anything else as the much later US model Airscoot was to demonstrate.

Slough Kalt and Nieman Hirobo adverts. 

Graupner introduce their new Pod and boom helicopter the Helimax - available in engine sizes of 40 for sports performance and 60 for aerobatics.

Morley previews the introduction planned for 1983 of his near scale Hughes 300 with a very high content of plastic parts.
