ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS
This is a personnel site and all
article's or photograph's can be used without infringing
copyright unless copyright has already been acknowledged as belonging to a third
party. Acknowledgement of use would be appreciated as it all helps to
promote interest in the site. However, NO
responsible will be taken for the third party use of site material and
unique
articles or information provided for exclusive use on this website and as such; third
parties shall require the permission of both the owner and the contributing
party for re-use elsewhere.
I have used photo's from wherever I can find them to populate
the site, some of the copy and photo's have been obtained at least third hand so
origin (and potential ownership) of the master may not be known to me. I
have also found a number of items from what appear to be 'dead' web sites; by
this I mean sites that have not been updated for at least two years or I have
not been able to contact the site owner. In order to prevent the loss
of this material I have transferred it to this site (with acknowledgement if
possible).
Articles from Radio Control magazines both current and no longer in production
along with extracts and photo's from other web sites have
been used throughout this web site either in their original format or extracts
adapted to suit.
Special mention is therefore made in the
acknowledgements section of those who have given permission to
use copy from magazines / web sites or any other form of media under their control.
Therefore, in consideration of the above statements;
If I have used something of yours,
providing you can prove ownership, I will gladly provide acknowledgement or if
you object then I will remove
it.
