The Whisper came out in 19@@ at around the same time as the Kyosho Concept EP but whereas the Concept had been designed to be quite rugged; the Whisper design philosophy was the opposite. Just strong enough to withstand flight loads with the result that the lighter weight gave very good aerobatic performance.

Not sure on the difference between the original version and the 'sport'.

The Whisper proved successful and because of its good performance it was well able to take the addition of a scale 'hang on' fuselage.
